Does using a computer and hand-held devices create tension in your neck and upper back? Experience an increase in range of motion and a decrease of pain sensation in head, upper back, neck & jaw by using specific movement and rolling techniques. We’ll learn sequences we can each do at our workplaces. We’ll also complete rolling at the base and sides of the skull and upper back, while enjoying deep feelings of relaxation and a heightened sense of wellbeing. During this two-hour workshop we’ll focus on using specific movement and also Yoga Tune Up therapy balls to ease tension from the upper body with rolling techniques and to build resilience and lessen discomfort. We’ll also learn about the fascia- connective tissue system- and how hip tension could be related to upper body issues. Come ready to move, roll, and learn. Leave with doable tools to keep tension at bay and experience ease of body and peace of mind.
