Learn to sit, stand, walk and bend in ways that are comfortable. We'll use therapy balls and Yoga Tune Up ® techniques to work on agility, stability and mobility in our bodies. Do you know you have a balance system? It's called the vestibular system. Learn to sit, stand, walk and bend in ways that strengthen your body. We'll bolster our spines and ease tension in shoulders to stand tall, and to sit and stand comfortably. Are your habits of bending weakening your back? Does typing tense your shoulders? Learn spine strengthening hacks. Join us for the yoga of everyday movement including walking and sleeping in balance. Leave with two therapy balls, handouts, and skills to use them at Breathe Yoga Saturday, April 29. Cost $40.
